What your sector must be able to prove

Obligations differ from one sector to the next, and an offer treating them together treats none of them well. Twelve sectors, twelve distinct specifications, and for each the volume of modules genuinely available, published exactly as counted.

Why mining comes first

The order of this page is not alphabetical, and it is not a sales accident: mining is the one sector where our depth is already defensible. The Industry and HSE field holds 140 modules, that is 31.5 % of the base — and it is also the first need of the Guinean economy. Every other sector publishes its own deployable volume in the table below, and that volume is enriched by your own procedures at scoping.

By far the best-stocked field in the base.

Available depth, sector by sector

Each sector draws on its own volume, and the table below publishes it exactly as counted in the catalogue. It is the figure you will find again at scoping, and the one we commit to.

One scoping session, then a rollout

Whatever the sector, the sequence is the same and it holds in four steps. What changes from one field to the next is the obligations to demonstrate and the volumes available — published above, sector by sector.

  1. 01

    1 — Scoping

Forty minutes on your real obligations, headcount and subcontractors. You leave with a written scope.

  2. 02

    2 — Assembly

Available modules from the base are assembled into paths, completed by your own procedures where they exist.

  3. 03

    3 — Rollout

Teams enrolled, deadlines set, automatic reminders. The dashboard tracks progress in real time.

  4. 04

    4 — Evidence

Audit export at any time: who completed what, when, with what result and which refresher date.
