Starting and lead times
How long to get started?
The existing catalogue deploys in days. Bespoke content takes weeks — we would rather say so than discover it together. A supplier promising specific content in three days delivers generic content, and it shows on first opening.
Do we need to integrate our HR system?
Not to start: importing a list of people is enough, and that is what most first-year rollouts do. Integration becomes useful when joiners and leavers are frequent, and it is then handled as a project in its own right, priced separately.
Data and reversibility
Does our data stay with us?
Your content and tracking data belong to your organisation and are exportable at any time, without going through us and at no cost. Documents you entrust to us to produce a module serve that module and feed no catalogue shared with other clients.
What happens if we stop?
You leave with your tracking data and the content you commissioned. Reversibility that requires asking your supplier for access is not reversibility: the export is permanently available, before the question even arises.
Limits
What if the tool does not fit?
That is exactly why the walkthrough also shows what the product does not do. A quick no beats a failed rollout: the latter costs everyone more, us included, because an unhappy client talks more than a satisfied one.
Can you guarantee our compliance?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it. Compliance is assessed by your dedicated function and your supervisor, against your actual framework. We provide the training, the assessment and an exportable record that let you demonstrate it — an element of the file, not the judgement.
Do you have client references?
None published to date, and we will not invent any. The institution is starting out: case studies will appear when a real client has agreed in writing to be named. Meanwhile, the walkthrough on your own cases replaces the reference — and it is more convincing, since you judge on your need rather than someone else's.
