What you show your auditor

You are not buying training hours: you are buying the means to answer an inspection. Here is exactly what you will be able to produce, in what format, and how quickly.

The base actually available

A training plan is not built on an announced catalogue but on modules that exist. Here are the available volumes by field, as they appear in the deposited catalogue — not a sales projection.

The dated syllabus, and why it matters

It is the record everyone forgets, and the one that sinks files. An inspection covers a past session; the catalogue, meanwhile, has moved on. Producing today's syllabus to justify a course delivered two years ago amounts to producing nothing. Each session therefore freezes its own content, timestamped, and it is that version you are given — even where we find it less flattering than today's.

What we cannot attest

  • That a trained employee actually applies what they learned in their role
  • That a course on its own satisfies a regulatory obligation specific to your sector
  • That a professional qualification equals a licence issued by an authority
  • That a competency assessed remotely covers a skill performed on the shop floor

Audit questions

How quickly can an export be obtained?

Exporting a cohort is immediate from the company space. A request covering a session predating your current contract goes through us and is handled within five working days. We state a timeframe rather than an immediacy we could not hold.

What happens to traceability if we stop working together?

Records already issued remain valid and verifiable: they attest past facts, which the end of a contract does not alter. Export everything before access closes — we remind you of this ourselves, and we retain the records for the period set in the contract.

Are your attestations legally defensible?

They establish what they state: hours attended, competencies assessed, on given dates, under described conditions. That is what an inspection expects from a training provider. They do not stand in for a licence where a public authority issues one: there, they prepare for it, they do not replace it.
