A training measure that is not recorded does not exist on inspection day. The list below is the real specification — content comes second.
- Who was trained, on what, when — for every person on site, subcontractors included
- The content actually delivered, not the session title
- The assessment result, with the threshold applied
- The expiry date of a refresher, and the alert before it falls due
- An export readable by an external auditor, without access to your system

The order matters: starting with trade content before the induction base produces incomplete audit files, and that is the most common mistake.

We do not issue authorisations: those rest with the employer, after a fitness assessment and, where required, a medical examination. We provide the training, the assessment and the record — not the decision. Nor do we deliver hands-on machine training, which happens on site with your equipment.

Our teams have limited network access on site.
