Training and compliance — construction and public works
A construction site is a temporary organisation: teams change, firms follow one another, and the memory of what was done leaves with them. The issue is therefore not initial training but the continuity of evidence from one site to the next.

Where these modules come from
The volume stated is not a round number: it is the sum of the fields attached to this sector. Here they are, in detail.

What you must be able to demonstrate
A training measure that is not recorded does not exist on inspection day. The list below is the real specification — content comes second.
- A recorded safety induction for every newcomer, including a two-day job
- Authorisations specific to high-risk work: height, electricity, lifting, trenching
- Proof that the information was understood, not merely circulated
- A history that follows the person from site to site, not from employer to employer
A typical rollout
The order matters: starting with trade content before the induction base produces incomplete audit files, and that is the most common mistake.
- 01
1 — Rapid site induction
Short format, doable on a phone before the first shift. A two-hour induction never delivered is worth less than a twenty-minute one always delivered.
- 02
2 — High-risk work
Height, lifting, electricity, plant. Targeted by actual activity, with assessment before authorisation.
- 03
3 — Site management
Coordinating parties, managing overlapping works, keeping the register. Coordination is the leading accident factor on a shared site.
Fields drawn on
These fields already exist in the catalogue. Anything tied to your own procedures is produced from your documents, in weeks.
Industry, safety and HSE — 140
Health, safety, environment and industrial plant operation. It covers the real risks of a site: electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire, work at height, confined spaces — and how to document them so an inspection can verify them.
Human resources and management — 15
Recruitment, HR administration, team leadership and skills development. The field connects two functions wrongly kept apart: managing contracts and helping people grow.
Business and entrepreneurship — 32
Starting and running a business: business model, pricing, operations, funding, growth. The field starts from a real activity, often already trading, rather than a theoretical business plan.
What we cannot do here
We replace neither hands-on plant training, nor equipment inspection, nor the role of an appointed safety coordinator. Our scope is people's competence and the evidence of it.
Sector questions
Our workers change monthly. Is this workable?
That is precisely the use case. The induction triggers on arrival, runs on a phone in about twenty minutes, and the result stays attached to the person: if they return to another site six months later, their history is already there and you do not pay twice for the same training.
Many of our teams struggle with written French.
That is a real and common constraint. Induction content favours audio, imagery and scenarios over text, and can be produced in the site's national languages. Training that assumes fluent reading excludes part of the very people it addresses.
