What you show your auditor
Who completed what, when, with what result — exportable as a dated statement. On required training, it is this record that decides, and it is produced in one operation.
What the export contains
- The person's identity and their attachment — department, site, contracting firm
- The exact title of the path completed and its version
- The completion date and assessment result, with the threshold applied
- The expiry date where the topic has one
- The timestamp of the export itself, so a statement can be dated
The three states the dashboard separates
A useful dashboard separates what is secured, what is moving and what is nearing its deadline. Each state triggers a different action, and that distinction is what turns tracking into steering.

Reminders, and what they reveal
People approaching their deadline are chased automatically, and their manager is notified. Beyond three reminders, the dashboard reads differently: it flags a decision to be made rather than a lapse to be corrected — the person has a competing workload, or the required nature of the topic escaped them. The dashboard separates the two cases, because the answer differs.
What reporting establishes, and who judges it
Reporting establishes that training was completed and assessed, on given dates, under described conditions. It is the record your compliance function files and your supervisor examines against your actual framework. The final judgement is theirs: our role is to give them a record precise enough to carry the decision.
