  3. Agile methods

    Iterative frameworks, backlog, cadence, roles, measuring delivered value, the limits of agility

  4. Professional English and methodology

    Running a meeting in English, report writing

    Leading, delegating, motivating, handling conflict, the appraisal conversation

  2. Change management

Real prerequisite

What follows is assumed and will not be explained again. If most of it is foreign to you, this is not the right entry point — better to know now than at the final assessment.

Having supervised or coordinated, even informally. With no real situation to work on, the practical exercises run empty.
