How a quote is built

Not by number of seats sold. An honest quote starts from how many people must be trained, how much content must be produced, and how long you need it for.

The three variables

Number of people

Including subcontractors if they are tracked. The simplest variable, and the least decisive.

Content to produce

The existing catalogue costs no production. Content drawn from your procedures does. This is where most of the price sits.

Duration

A six-month campaign and a permanent scheme are not priced the same way, and we do not push the latter by default.

Why we do not quote over the phone

A figure given before seeing the need is wrong in both directions: too low, it gets revised and you feel baited; too high, it makes you drop a project that would have fitted your budget. Scoping takes forty minutes and produces a quote that is not revised afterwards.

What is not charged for

  • The forty-minute walkthrough, including if it ends in a no
  • Scoping the need and estimating volume
  • Demonstration access for your team during evaluation
  • Exporting your data, at any time, including after the contract ends
